I received my order but one of the items is defective or incorrect.

What should I do? 


An item can be returned if it’s defective or incorrect. In case due to the nature of products, lingeries are personal items, we do not accept returns or do exchanges for any reason.

We want each lady to receive brand new items because they are intimates..

The return shipment must comply with the following:
- products may only be returned within 14 days of receipt. Therefore, please always thoroughly check your order upon receipt.
- products should be returned in its original condition and packaging. If products are not returned in the original packaging a 20% handling fee will be charged.

-Products that have already been sold by you to one of your customers will not be refunded by us in case of any issue.

 

Returned items that do not comply with the above will be refused and returned to sender with postage due.

How do I notify you of a complaint about my order?


Go to “My orders” in your FANKE account and select the order that you’re not happy with. Then hit the ‘Returns Application’ button and fill in the product quantity and return reason. In case you submit a return request because you received a defective or incorrect item it will be mandatory to attach a picture of this item.


After you submit your return request you will be able to retrieve this order in the ‘Returns’ section within ‘My orders’. We will get back to you by email within 3 working days after submitting your request. You will also notice that the status of your request will have changed from ‘Pending’ to ‘Approved’ or ‘Rejected’. With this status change you will be notified whether products need to be returned to us or not.


In case products do need to be returned to us this needs to be done within the following 7 days. Products need to be returned in their original state and packaging. If products are not returned in the original packaging a 20% handling fee will be charged. Items Please fill in the courier name and tracking number in your return request.


After the products have been received by us store credit plus any possible shipping fees will be issued to your FANKE account within 3 working days. In case defective or incorrect items do not need to be returned to us store credit will be issued immediately.
