What shipping options do you offer?




We will use 4PX, DHL, Fedex, HPS etc shipping way to ship the package to our customers.

ALL charges are variable depending on weight and parcel dimensions. You will find the actual shipping rate in the overview of your cart during check-out. For shipping rates please check our other FAQ on shipping charges.

What shipping costs do you charge?



FANKE ships worldwide via 4PX, DHL, Fedex, HPS, etc

The shipping costs by country will become visible when you select  your country of residence.

Delivery times and fees vary per country.

Flat shipping rates for the USA are $6,95.  Orders from $100,00 (excl VAT) and upwards, will ship free of charge if shipped by our default mode of transportation. An additional fee will be charged if shipped via DHL. Also orders from $100,00 (excl VAT) and upwards ship to USA and Germany free of charge. 

Free shipping only applies to shipment via our default mode of transportation (we will check before shipping with you about the shipping way and not available to non-EU countries).

Please note that for shipments outside of the EU, import duties, VAT and costs related to customs clearance are to be paid by the receiver of the goods.

When will my order arrive?




Orders that we receive before 3 P.M. on business days will be shipped by us the same day. We do not ship during weekends.

Orders that are placed on Friday after 3 P.M. will ship the following Monday. D

uring clearance periods, it may occur that orders don't ship the same day, this could take up to a few days. 

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing the Track and Trace link to track the status of your order.  Please note that transit times vary per country. Please consult the site of the carrier listed in the Track and Trace link to get an up to date ETA.

Please note that 17track lead times are an indication only and often times unfortunately experience some delay which could take up to 1 -2 weeks depending on the delivery address.  






Will I receive a track and trace code



Yes, you will receive a track and trace code by email from Postnl. If you have not received this code you can contact us at helpdesk@fankeclothing.com. Do not forget to mention you order number.






I am working with a forwarder to export my order to an address outside the EU.

You still charge VAT over my order.

How can I get the VAT amount refunded?



The VAT will be paid by you in the beginning. After the order has been delivered to your forwarder, you will receive a proof of export from them.


This means that the cargo has left the port. Please send a copy of this document with your IBAN number to helpdesk@fankeclothing.com and we will ensure that the VAT is refunded asap.
